The conference featured 7 invited keynotes of renowned scientist who presented a general outline of what are, according to them, the main open problems in noise and fluctuations in their area of expertise. 46 oral contributions were selected by the scientific committee among submitted abstract, along with a similar number of posters which were exposed all week long with 2 dedicated poster sessions.
Apart from the scientific program, the organizing committee proposed a guided tour of the old town in Lyon (part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites) on wednesday afternoon, and an evening banquet on thursday night in one the many fine restaurants of the city: Le Caro de Lyon.
